We got let out of work today at 2:00 because there's a massive blizzard hitting the East Coast.
I don't think you understand.
We never, ever get let out early. Even in blizzards.
But we're expecting some serious snow and winds...and the roads are supposed to be terrible.
So...I am beyond excited that I am home, in my Snuggie, cuddling with the pups.
This gives me extra time to pack for le cruise.
I will not think negative thoughts about not making it to the Caribbean due to this terrible weather. We will make it.
We have to. For my sanity.
In other news, I simply have to tell you about my latest obsession. To not share the good news would be a travesty. It is that big.
People, welcome to: No Pudge Fudge Brownies
I can't even begin to explain how addicted I am. Why: 1). Nutrition facts: 110 calories+ 0 grams of fat + 1 gram of fiber = 2 WW points 2). So easy: mix 1/3 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt. Bake. Done. 3). They can be found at Trader Joes...which is my all-time fave.
I mean, they are so addicting and much less fattening than regular brownies.
I usually end up eating two...or three. Which of course defeats the purpose.
So, sue me.

Hmmm I am afraid if I attempt to make those brownies I will end up eating all of the batter before they are even cooked...

I was allowed to leave work early last Friday because of the incoming snow storm (plus I had to meet my in-laws at the house).....greatest thing EVER!!!
And I am so jealous that you are going on a cruise! I LOVE cruises. I used to go on a cruise at least once a year with my family. Unfortunately that all stopped when I got a job! :-(
