My muscles ACHE

Because yesterday afternoon, I decided to try the OnDemand version of The Biggest Loser Cardio Max.

In my own living room.

With Mr. Ruby.

With the blinds closed.

Needless to say, it worked me to the CORE! I don't know how 0003139822265_215X215 those Biggest Losers keep up. I can barely move this morning. So, if any of you ever can't make it to the gym (or get snowed in for the 14th time in two months)...you should definitely try it!

P.S. Yes, that's right. You read correctly, Mr. Ruby and I did this little routine...together. :)

Ooh, that sounds fun! (but painful too!). I do love workouts that you can just feel instantly after!
I always try to trick myself into thinking I see instant results after having a workout like that :)
I didn't even know that was available On Demand, so thanks!

HaHa! I never knew that was on demand. I love that show and I'm sure the workout is tough! When I get sore like that I can't move for days.

You guys are cutie patooties. I'm going to see if Colin will do a workout video with me for our anniversary. :) A bonding experience I'm sure!

I feel like I haven't had a good cardio in like FOREVER! Even though when I do my preggy workouts my heart rate gets up.... It still isn't like going for a good run.

The Mister and I just started doing the Biggest Loser 30 Day Shred together. He likes to just call it "shredding." As in, "hey sweetheart, want to shred tonight?" It's silly but fun--and good for us? Can that be right?
