And we're off...

To another new week.

Not only is the fun weekend over. But I have officially accepted that I am in my late 20's.

The weekend officially started on Thursday when our good pals invited us over for a birthday dinner. On Friday I decided to branch out and try a new cuisine: Mexican. (Insert sarcasm.) I seriously need to start diversifying my palette. I don't ever want to lose my full appreciation and love for beans.

Saturday, we went our good friends' long-awaited housewarming party...and we had a grand ol' time. I think my favorite part of the entire weekend was when we played "The Adjective Game" (more like "the scenario game") for like an hour. You know, the game someone yells out an adjective or scenario and you have a millisecond to come up with a face/body movement to act out that adjective/scenario. Always provides a good time.

Now, I'm off...trying to be positive and start my week off right. Happy Monday! :)
